  Tatiana Apatovskaya – Quality Forum 2008 Director
Has been working in SGS since early 2005, assuming responsibilities of a Marketing Manager Russia in August 2007. Prior to joining SGS, she managed Marketing & Communications in ACNielsen Russia. Before that, she was Head of Marketing Consultancy in St. Petersburg Foundation for SME Development, where she also exercised management function for a number of international projects for private entrepreneurship development in Russia



  Sergey Pugachev – Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology
Since 2002, has been the Head of Standardization in Gosstandart of Russia. Since 2003, has been member of the board of Gosstandart of Russia. Leading expert for verification of testing laboratories and national certification bodies within the IECЕЕ. Has written over 30 scientific papers on the topics of testing, product certification and accreditation of testing laboratories and certification bodies, formation of new approaches for state policy in the field of standardization. In 2004, assumed the role of the Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology.



  Andrey Lotsmanov- Deputy Head of the Committee for Technical Regulation, Standardization and Conformity Assessment of the Russian Union for Industrials and Entrepreneurs
The Working Group for Technical Regulation was created within the Committee for Industrial Policy and Competitiveness of the RSPP in 2004 with the objective to consolidate the efforts of industries, businesses and state authorities around Technical Regulation Reform implementation. In 2006, the Working Group was transformed into the Committee for Technical Regulation, Standardization and Conformity Assessment. Over 1000 companies from various sectors of economy, including food industry are members of the Committee.



  Olga Novikova – Deputy Head of Expertise Department of the Federal Agency for Supervision in the Area of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare
Graduated from the Moscow Medical Institute after Sechenov. Worked as an Inspecting Physician in Sanitary department of the Russian Ministry for Food Industry, as a Deputy Head of Sanitary department in the Ministry for Fishery of the USSR, since 1989 – as an Inspecting Physician and Chief Specialist in the Russian Ministry for Health Care Protection.



  Grigory Belenky – Head of SGS Consumer Testing Services in Russia
Graduated from the Russian Economic Academy after Plekhanov. Has been working in SGS since 1995, consequently taking up the posts of Inspector, Senior Inspector, Operations Coordinator, Operations Manager, Sales Manager focusing on agriculture and food. Starting from early 2006, he has been managing the Russian CTS department.



  Irina Kanunnikova – Director of the Russian Union for Independent Chains
Graduated from the Moscow State University for International Relations and Manchester Business School (UK). Training and consultancy experience since 1997. Trainer for MBA programs. Member of Russian Guild for Marketers. Director of the Russian Union for Independent Chains since 2006. Before, worked as a Key Account Manager in Kachalov & Co, as a Project Manager in Scott Wilson (UK), as a Director of the Institute for International Programs and Projects, as a Marketing Director in Russian-American JV Joy-Lad-Kavkaz (mineral water and drinks).



  Konstantin Timoshechkin – Head of SGS Systems and Services Certification in Eastern Europe
13 year professional experience in quality management. Conducted around 300 certification audits of management systems and food safety within various industries in Russia CIS and Middle East starting from 1996. Has been working in SGS since 2004 as a Department Manager. In March 2005, assigned as a Regional Business Development Manager for Eastern Europe, comprising CIS, Turkey and the Baltic States



  Philippe Cohen – Chairman of the Agribusiness committee within Association of European Businesses, General Manager Bonduelle Russia
Graduated in 1984, MBA with specialization in International Affairs. For 3 years has worked as a project manager in Ghana, for the French company CFAO. From 1989 to 1995, was area manager Asia/Pacific for a French laboratory manufacturer of veterinary pharmaceuticals Vetoquinol. Since 1995, has been working in Bonduelle. Since 1996, has been heading the commercial and production activities of the Group in Russia, as well as in Caucasus and Central Asia.



  Viktoria Goncharova – Leading Auditor for quality management and food safety systems
Graduated from the Moscow State Medical Institute after Pirogov as a physician-biophysicist, PhD in medicine. Completed Management Training Programme in Lancashire Business School (UK). Has got experience in consultancy over quality management and food safety. Since 2002, has been carrying out certification and surveillance audits of quality management and food safety systems as well as conducts training courses.



  Alexey Gorshenin – General Director InterConsult
PhD in Economics. Completed Quality Systems Training in Denmark. Engaged in consultancy business since 2004. In 2005, founded own company InterConsult jointly with Danish partners specializing on development and implementation of QMS according to ISO standards, in particular food safety standards. Since 2003, has been teaching in High School the courses on Risk-Management, Quality Standards and Finance.



Sergiu Croitoru – General Manager SGS Moldova
Leading Auditor and Tutor for GLOBALGAP and ORGANIC certification, GOST R Expert. Over 20 years worked in Gosstandart system of the USSR. Made his way from Inspector to Chairman of Gosstandart Moldova. Founder of the modern standardization, metrology and certification systems in Moldova. Since 1995, has been General Manager SGS Moldova. Implemented ORGANIC and GLOBALGAP production and product certification systems in Moldova.



Julia Kryuchkova – Leading Auditor for food safety management systems
Graduated from the Moscow Technological Institute for Food Industry as an engineer-technologist. PhD in Technical Sciences, Senior Lecturer of the chair “Standardization and Food Quality Management”. Has got experience in consultancy and auditing of QMS since 2001. Headed the Centre for QMS development of Russkiy Product where she gained the experience of developing and implementing QMS. Since 2005, has been SGS auditor for ISO 9001:2000 and 22000:2005 standards. Has been approved as an auditor by Coca-Cola and Nestle. Trainer for ISO 9001:2000 and НАССР.

  Marat Alimov – Quality Control Manager Metro Cash & Carry
Graduated from the Moscow State Academy for Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology after Skryabin, PhD in Biology. Started his career in Metro Cash & Carry in 2005 as a quality assurance department specialist. His duties today are related to opening of new trade centers, communication with supervising authorities, obtaining permitting documentation, managing regional quality specialists, auditing Metro trade centers on quality and auditing of suppliers on food safety, training of company’s employees, development and implementation of quality procedures, dealing with product claims etc.



  Svetlana Ryzhykova – Director for Private Label Development SPAR CENTRAL RUSSIA
Graduated from Orlov State University, Economics and Management faculty as an Economist. Before joining SPAR, worked as a Category Manager in Sberegayka retail chain, as a Product Manager in Gelert retail chain, as a Purchasing Manager in PiR trading company, as a Senior Project Manager for Private Label in Sedmoy Continent.



  Evgueniy Gulyanskiy – Director for Corporate Management System Lenta
Joined Lenta in January 2007 as a Project Manager for Implementation of Corporate Management System. Since February 2008, has been member of the Board. Acquired management professional experience in such companies as OMZ-Spetstal, Maritime and Oil&Gas Projects, Uralmashzavod, Izhora Plants, where he was responsible for development, implementation and improvement of QMS, management systems certification and product certification.



  Tatyana Anurova – Quality Assurance Manager Assistant McDonald’s
Higher Education in Medicine, internship for communal hygiene. Has been working in McDonald’s Moscow since April 2003 supervising relationship with meat plants and warehouses in Russia, Lithuania and Belorussia with regard to quality and food safety. Is responsible for conducting audits of meat plants and warehouse as well as for preparing enterprises for meat products supply. Conducts training on GMP. HACCP, personal hygiene and sanitary issues. Has got experience in HACCP development, TU design and adjustment, preparation of enterprises to third party audits.
